Pineapple Chutney

Our chutney is a great addition to any cheeseboard. Serve it in place of your usual chutney and enjoy the perfect balance of sweetness with a gentle hint of chilli. Great with a mature cheddar but also tasty with other cheeses and charcuterie.

Hot Sauce

This hot sauce is perfect for pepping up your leftover turkey sandwich! The sauce is fragrant, with a rich warm heat that is well balanced. It’s not just for cold cuts. It goes well as an addition to any meal, is great with a steak and can be used in a marinade to add some Caribbean heat to your usual roast chicken.

NEWS: The hot sauce is now available in a mango, and a coriander version.

Why Lady Jay? Well, Jay the mother of the pair has lived on the same street in Camden for nearly forty years. She knows everyone and Lady Jay is one of the nicknames given to her by locals over the years.
